What is happening
The Environment Committee of the Camera scheduled hearings with organizations, public authorities, research bodies and sector representatives on environmental procedures, climate issues, the circular economy and remediation. The hearings are set for Tuesday 20 October at 10:30, Wednesday 21 October at 8:30 and 13:40, and Thursday 22 October at 8:30. The meetings will be broadcast live on the Camera’s web TV.
Why it is on the Radar
The hearings are part of the committee-stage examination of a bill concerning urgent measures in several environmental policy areas. They will bring statements from bodies including ISPRA, ANAC, WWF Italia, CNR, ANAS and representatives of recycling, construction and public-utility organizations.
