According to Ursula von der Leyen, the EU will provide €6.1 billion for air and missile defense systems, ammunition, and radar. European Council President António Costa said the EU’s support was “unwavering.” A summit of the “coalition of the willing” and celebrations marking 35 years of independence were also scheduled in Kyiv.
