What is happening
On Tuesday 22 September, the committee will hear representatives of the Italian Competition Authority and Confcommercio at 12:00 as part of an inquiry into Italy’s competitiveness, GDP dynamics from 1992 to 2025 compared with the EU average, and measures to support productive sectors. At 12:20, it will hear the Fondazione Museo del Tessuto di Prato, Lottozero and CNA on the textile sector and recent developments in European legislation. On Wednesday 23 September at 14:30, representatives of Radici Chimica S.p.A. will be heard on the company’s crisis. The hearings will be broadcast live online.
