What is happening
On Monday 7 September at 11:30, the commission will examine testimony from doctors Simone Prete and Pietro Peligra at Palazzo San Macuto. On Tuesday 8 September, it will hear Gianluca Trifirò, professor of pharmacology at the University of Verona, at 13:30, and Bruno Cheli, professor of economic statistics at the University of Pisa, at 14:30. The appointments will be broadcast live on the Camera’s web TV.
Why is it on the Radar?
The hearings are part of the commission’s inquiry into the management of the health emergency caused by the spread of SARS-CoV-2 and the measures adopted to prevent and address it.
