What is happening
The event is listed for 28 September–1 October 2026 in several Commission sources, while another source gives 28 September–2 October. On 30 September, session 37 will examine practical experience from ERTMS projects supported by the Connecting Europe Facility, including costs, mistakes, best practices and lessons for the future. On 1 October, meetings will present work plans for several European Transport Corridors: Rhine-Danube, Baltic Sea-Adriatic Sea, Baltic Sea-Black Sea-Aegean Sea, and North Sea-Rhine-Mediterranean. The meetings will bring together political, financial, industry and transport stakeholders, with some sessions specified as physical-only.

The event is intended to provide a forum for discussing resilient, safe and sustainable transport, future infrastructure financing, connectivity and the implementation of EU-supported projects.
